In August 2004 and is currently Certified by the SBA 8a Program, City of Atlanta, Georgia Department of Transportation, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama Departments of Transportation as a DBE Contractor. The Company is owned and operated by Robert A Kelly Sr. who serves in the official capacity of CEO/Vice President; Donna A Kelly serves as CFO/President. Robert and Donna Kelly as officers of Kelly Construction Company Inc.have 50 years of combined construction expertise that encompass: Site Preparation, Retaining Walls, Trucking, Demolition, Heavy Civil Construction, Right of way Clearing & Grubbing/Maintenance, and Project Management. This wide and varied background provides us with the essential elements necessary to undertake and successfully complete construction projects on time and schedule per plans and specifications.
