Our story began in 2004 in Austell Georgia with the vision of both Donna Kelly and Robert Kelly, with a commitment to the construction industry and a desire to become an entrepreneur lead them to form Kelly Construction Company. Kelly Construction Company started as a dump truck business but has since expanded into heavy Civil construction Company that has offered state of the art innovation in Pipelaying, Grading and Clearing. Kelly Construction Company desire is to become one of the top subcontractors in Atlanta with growth and commitment to the industry.
